Marie June Jewelry is a young fashion jewelry studio based in Philadelphia, PA. Our passion is in creating designs that inspire ingenuity and empower individuality. We love exploring the design possibilities that are made possible by CAD/CAM and the opportunities that are available through e-commerce channels. We are currently looking for new team members who share and are passionate about our values of creating a fun & engaging, ethical, and socially responsible jewelry studio.

(Active) Open position: Order Fulfillment Associate / Studio Assistant (Part-time or Full-time)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate is to assist in all areas of running a jewelry studio with a main focus on order fulfillment.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Production prep • Order fulfillment prep • Order fulfillment • Quality control • Packaging & shipping • Supply & stock management • Customer service •

Position Requirements:
• This position requires a minimum of 16 hrs per week from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. (up to 40 hrs per week)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (US citizens or greencard holders).
• Candidates with order fulfillment work experience preferred.
• Candidates with experience in a professional work environment preferred.
• Customer service-minded individuals who love providing friendly and helpful customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and wear many hats; highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and creative.

Salary: 
• Commensurate with experience. Paid hourly (range: $13-$15).
• Opportunities for growth, bonuses and raises based on performance.

Open position: Full-Time Jewelry Designer / Bench Jeweler / Studio Assistant

Whom we are looking for:

We are currently looking for an entry-level, full-time Jewelry Designer / Bench Jeweler / Studio Assistant to join our team. As the job title suggests, the ideal candidate should be flexible, versatile, and can wear many hats. You should have at least intermediate knowledge of all the steps involved in jewelry CAD / CAM and have basic business skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is to assist in all areas of running a jewelry studio, including but not limited to 
• Jewelry design  • 3D modeling  • Customer service  • Production prep  • Polishing & finishing  
• Quality control  • Order fulfillment  • Packaging & shipping  • Marketing & branding 
• Photography & editing  • Online store management  • Supply & stock management

Position Requirements:
• This position requires a minimum of 5 days per week from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (US citizens or green cardholders).
• Design degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in Jewelry Design, CAD/CAM, or related degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of jewelry design and jewelry production experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a professional work environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Rhino 5, Photoshop, Word, and Excel required.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of all the steps involved in jewelry design and manufacturing.
• Customer service-minded individuals who love providing friendly and helpful customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and wear many hats; highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and creative.
