Risk-Free Return and Exchange Policies
CUSTOMERS MAY FILE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER THE DAY OF DELIVERY.

Currently, only US customers are eligible for free return or exchange shipping labels.
Please note: Clearance items and custom made items (such as rings and solid gold items) are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or in the wrong size, in which case, I will always repair or replace until you are satisfied.
Please note: If you purchased a design through a third-party platform and not directly from my website, you must refer to this third-party platform's policies before contacting me.
The item to be returned has to be in its original condition as received. If the returned item is damaged by the customer, I reserve the right to charge an appropriate refinishing and restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item. Further, if the returned item is unreasonably damaged beyond repair, I reserve the right to deny the return. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact me immediately for a return label.
Please use your item's original packaging and padding materials to package the item the same way as received to avoid damage during return shipment. I will not accept unreasonably damaged returns due to improper return shipment.
Please allow up to two weeks from the time you mail the return or exchange item for me to receive the item and process the request.
Your return or exchange request will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. MARIE JUNE is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
